We provide a full range of services around the sourcing of experienced staff for our clients on negotiated terms.  Unlike traditional recruitment companies, Natural Selection's Principals have highly experienced hiring managers who understand our client's businesses and can directly relate to their needs.  This enables us to provide a high value add service in selecting the right people for any given role.  We have a large network of people in our specialist domains and leverage those contacts in preference to blanket advertising.  We will typically provide only one candidate for a role based on a rigorous selection process.
